Warm up:
10 jumping jacks
10 pushups
10 squat jumps
2xs over
Workout!!!!
10 burpees
10 jumping jacks
10 suicides
jump rope for 1 minute
10 sit ups
10 crunches
10 side crunches (left then right)
jump rope for 1 minute
10 wide arm pushups
10 diamond pushups
10 regular pushups
(do these on your knees if you have to)
Cool down: walk or jog for 5 minutes, then stretch everyyyything!!!!
